Use of paper cutting to measure dimension for the outer layer to ensure it fit it needs. New leather material for coin purse. Encounter great difficulty to punch hole for stitching, due to two layer of veg tan material (about 3mm thickness). Have difficulty to punch due to hard like rock material or may i do not have skill yet or incorrect tool set ??  The two piece of flap was very tough and encounter difficulty to punch a clear hole. Need more time to punch hole. Not sure if there are other technique for this situation. This is one of the pouch, have stitch the edge and burnishing done for the top edge. This material was not use due to texture design and uneven surface have make it difficult as coin purse project. * issue in marking and uneven thread length difficulty to mark and punch hole with diamond punch device. Trying out cable organizer as gift for relative. Try out stitching one edge for cable organizer. The button installed is VT5 size. Try use the edge line creaser for this project. Still practicing this new skill for this new tool.  New and old design...
